We are looking to hire an Operations Administrator to support our financial planning practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Administration 

  • Arrange courier & postal services 
  • Answer telephone call, direct calls to relevant parties and greet clients and visitors 
  • Handle office petty cash 
  • Replenish office supplies 
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities are in a good condition 
  • Organize and maintain general presentation and cleanliness of office common areas 

2) Operations 

  • Process new applications submitted by advisors and update the status in system 
  • Handle insurance carrier emails and forward to relevant advisors 
  • Update carriers contact list as needed 
  • Handle advisor room/desk rental fee 
  • Order business card for advisors 
  • Replenish carriers forms and marketing material regularly 
  • Coordinate weekly insurance carriers training for advisors 
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required 

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 
  • At least 2 years of experience in the business working environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese required 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, including Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams 
  • Attentive to detail and well organized 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Capable to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Knowledge of financial industry preferred but not required 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
